86. How do I open a WordPerfect document in Mac OS X?

Easiest way is to get the latest version of MacLinkPlus which can easily open and translate WordPerfect files (all, not just Mac versions).
If you still have Classic, you can download a free copy of WordPerfect 3.5e, the last Mac version of WordPerfect released, at this link:
http://acmfiles.csusb.edu/corel/wpmac.html
You can then save the file as an .rtf or plain text, or simply copy & paste the text into an open Word document.
There are a few other alternatives, but the MacLinkPlus is the quickest (but not the cheapest) and the WordPerfect download is the cheapest (but not necessarily the quickest).
